Be sure to include your in-game name, so that they can figure out why your account was banned, and hopefully repeal it.

Recently SO and probably the whole of gamescampus blocked IP's from the following countries:
Burkina Faso, Burundi, Benin, Botswana, Democratic Republic of Congo,
Central African Republic, Congo, Cameroon, China, Cape Verde, Djibouti,
Algeria, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Ghana, Gambia, Guinea, Equatorial
Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Hong Kong, Japan, Kenya, Comoros, Korea (South),
Liberia, Lesotho, Libya, Morocco, Madagascar, Mali, Macau, Mauritania,
Mauritius, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Reunion, Rwanda,
Seychelles, Sudan, Sierra Leone, Senegal, Somalia, Sao Tome and Principe,
Swaziland, Chad, Togo, Tunisia, Taiwan, Tanzania, Uganda, Viet Nam,
Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
They did not consider banning 1/3 of the world worthy of an article in news and events, nor did they leave a clear error message. The error message simply reads "This ID has been prohibited from accessing the game by the administration" making it look rather more personal than it actually is.
To date it's difficult to tell if there will be any recompense for the players who put money down on the game in good faith and are now banned.
I have tried asking on the direct Q&A board but no response.
