GIZMODO FEELING MORE LIKE ENGADGET

Is this new layout permanent? It looks really corporate. Like something Engadget would do. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for change, but it does seem a bit of youthful excitement, naivete and DIY punk ethic has been lost with this one.
