If you're on Firefox with Adblock Plus enabled, the rule that's blocking tags.gawker.com/assets is causing the comments block to not load. To fix it:
1. Open the blockable items panel
2. rRght-click on one of the blocked (red) items that contains tags.gawker.com/assets
3. Select "Add an exception rule for this item."
The exception rule you want is this one:
http://tags.gawker.com/assets/*
Reload the page when you're done, and voila! Comments.
I’m happy that my ads are still blocked.

Inappropriate?still my problem. I'm on PC OS XP-SP3 using IE7. OPERATION ABORTED is all I get viewing EVERY page on EVERY GWKR site since the Comments Loader got "upgraded." I saw an earlier post asking "why don't you all TEST your code before making it live?" and that is a GOOD statement IMHO.
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?Update adblock, but we have also released many fixes to client-side code.
You might need to clear browser cache.
To do so, load the site in your browser (e.g. lifehacker.com):
- IE press CTRL+F5
- FF press SHIFT+reload
- Safari - select Safari menu/Empty Cache; or SHIFT+reload
