I appreciate you're trying to help. But I'm very frustrated. I want to participate but I can't, and the way the system is designed is very frustrating.

Do you know that you accept facebook authentication for posting comments, but don't use facebook for getting support? I used my windows live account to get help and my facebook account to use the site. This makes you have to ask who I am. If you had one authentication system you would KNOW who I am.

Also, your form (this one I'm using now) will allow me to enter my message and hit submit, but then it takes me to a login screen and when I get back all my information is gone and I have to re-write my message.

The account for the username michaelgreen is enabled to comment on Gawker websites, so the account hasn't been banned or anything. The Windows Live login you're referring to, as well as the form you're using to submit this request for assistance, are aspects of the Getsatisfaction website, which is not directly affiliated with Gawker. So the fact that Gawker accepts Facebook logins and Getsatisfaction accepts Windows Live is understandable since they are two different companies. Gawker websites have their own login which will be separate from Facebook, though Facebook is a secondary method of logging in. If you're having trouble with commenting via your Facebook login, I would recommend trying the Gawker login. If you're having trouble with submitting requests for assistance here at Getsatisfaction, I recommend contacting their support. Otherwise, in general, if you're having trouble losing comments when they are submitted on any website, I would recommend writing them in a text program and then copying and pasting them into the comment field to submit.
