Why won't the pop-up information windows work in my map?
I recently uploaded a shapefile to Finder and was able to produce a chloropleth map using Maker without any real difficulties. After creating the map, however, I noticed that when I click on a given country, the pop-up information window with data from the .dbf does not appear.
Is there a separate step that I missed during the upload process in Finder that enables this feature in Maker?

Inappropriate? This looks like its a problem on our side. could you send a link to the layer so that we can try to replicate the bug and get a fix out to you?
thanks for the find! -
Hi Bill,
Thank you for your response to my question! The layer in question can be found here: http://finder.geocommons.com/overlays.... It is entitled, "Percentage of children under five with diarrhoea receiving oral rehydration and continued feeding (1999-2001)."
Thanks again for the help!

Hi Bill,
In follow up to this issue, I have tried uploading a different shapefile to Finder and did not experience the same problem I described above. Could there be something about the structure of the shapefile (perhaps the number of attributes in the *.dbf) that causes a glitch in the information pop-up window?
Cheers,

Inappropriate?hi carlos,
we were able to recreate the bugs you were having on our end, and it looks like it was an issue with the original shapefile, although i don't really know what the issue is. we've got some of our developers working on it and will let you know when we get it resolved. it looks like the file only has 17 attributes, which is a manageable amount, we've got some data layers with over 70 attributes.
Cheers
Bill
