Get Satisfaction Beta Release has an image and comes up beginning of product list, but Get Satisfaction does not. It's confusing to look in two places to see if someone has already had the same topic.

Inappropriate?I'm sorry, but I am not completely understanding. I hope you don't mind if I ask a few clarifying questions. Did you experience this when you are searching or starting a topic on Get Satisfaction?

but if you look at all products there is the 4th item is

has no image and the beta is the next one in the list.

I think I understand your issue.
First of all, yes, it's a little wonky that we have two products under Get Satisfaction -- Beta Release and the regular one -- and that some topics are associated with both but some are associated with only one. This is something that will get cleaned up in the future.
However, you say you're having "to look in two places to see if someone has already had the same topic" however you don't have to do this. Both of those products are under one company - Get Satisfaction. So start your search from the Get Satisfaction company home page [http://getsatisfaction.com/satisfaction] and it will search the entire company area which includes topics about both products.

Still confusing about "Find a [Topic] in [Get Satisfaction]" when company and product name's are similar or the same.
Still think it would be better if Get Satisfaction had the icon, and the beta did not. Glad to hear it will be cleared up soon.
