"1 unread note" notification is persitant
In the new interface there is a notification about a note, if I click it and mark it as read, it will come back after going to a new page.

Inappropriate?I had thought we had changed the language here, but it appears not.
This is confusing. Marking as read implies that it won't show up as unread again, doesn't it?
You can click Hide and that will remove it. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We'll try to get this fixed quickly. -
Inappropriate?I think you are mistaken Eric,
hitting "hide" just hides the windows. It does keep saying that I have an unread mail. There does not seem to be a way for me to change that. Hitting "Mark as read" does do the job temporarily but after refreshing the page the notification is back. -
Inappropriate?Yessiree, I am mistaken. Thanks for pointing that out. I think all we need to make a quick fix is to nail down this persistence problem.

I have marked this note as read at least a dozen times and it still keeps popping up. If there is an option and I just missed it, I apologize.

Inappropriate?I am having the same problem as well. "Mark as read" only last so long as my session and when I login the next day it's there again. I am still getting the note from July 14th.
