Cane we be able to delete threads and posts. Because every now and than you get spam. And i think that get satisfaction staff will be getting annoyed with companys reporting all the time. To remove things.
We should be able to delete free. Even if there is a limit of like 20 posts a day thats better than nothing

Inappropriate?That is what the tools are designed for -- to put that in your hands so you don't have to wait. Every now and again, we get spam across the thousands of companies in our system, and we can remove it. But, you can remove it more quickly with the tools.
