Are people required to set up an account with Get Satisfaction in order to use it?
If so, that's a big barrier for them to give us feedback. Would it be possible for them to only supply an e-mail address, nickname and respond to a captcha? That way they could quickly participate here without having to register and confirm by e-mail, yet without the risk for spam.

Inappropriate?People only have to add their email address, nickname and captcha to participate. No email confirmation required.
We do create an account for them, but it's as minimal as you've requested.
