Account Settings does not work for FastPass users.
When our users are logged into GetSatisfaction via FastPass, they have a link in drop down the upper right corner called Account Settings. That link does not work however, clicking it show an error "I'm sorry, the page you are trying to access is for company administrators only."
Our users are not able to customize their identity (tagline, picture, etc).

I see what you mean. I just created a user account on your web site then logged in to your community with that account via FastPass. I clicked on my "Account Settings" link from the dropdown under my name in the top bar and was suddenly kicked over to our log in page w/ an error about not having access, as seen below:

Inappropriate?This is the latest in series of about 5-6 bugs that we discovered with GS FastPass process. Makes me wonder what is so special about us that makes FastPass work for everyone, but Mixamo?
I would appreciate an ETA for the fix. We just launched our support forums via GS live, and this error is presenting us in the bad light in front of our users.

Yeah, I'm not sure if it's something specific to your community or if it's just that your community is more rigorous about uncovering these bugs?
I've escalated this issue into our trouble ticket system, Zendesk, and will get an ETA for you as soon as possible. -
