make it more clear at the top of each screen under their name what they actually do/offer. Get satisfaction can also function as a good way to discover other products and companies in a sense if they did this better

So we do have every company's "Popular products & services" listed over in the right column on their Get Satisfaction home page and a description in the footer. We've played a lot with the location of these elements and there's still some debate in our office about the best places for them. I'm curious -- did you notice them at all? If so, do you feel they weren't prominent enough?
You're right on about the opportunity for Get Satisfaction to also function as a good way to discover other products & companies. We definitely have our eye on that ball and will be doing more in the future to help that along.
