Add support for tracking GetSatisfaction metrics in FiveRuns Dash.
We use Dash to track metrics around our application and business and it would be great to have GetSatisfaction data in there too. I would love to be able to configure my Dash application to get data about new questions, ideas, problems and praise that are reported as well as comments and issues resolved.

Inappropriate?I like this idea and am open to learning more about how we can do this. Thanks for the idea.
I’m looking forward to learning more

Inappropriate? If you could send me some info on what it takes to add data to their system that would be great. Their site doesn't really give any info, what with the private beta and all.

Inappropriate?Josh,
The right way to do this currently would be to use the standalone "sensor" daemon to harvest the data using GetSatisfaction's API and push it up to FiveRuns Dash service (into an App of your choosing). I can do a proof-of-concept for you; I'm working on integrating GetSatisfaction in a personal project right now, and would love to see the same information.
Thor/Scott, we're definitely interested in 3rd-party data sources having direct access to writing using metrics at some point -- likely using an OAuth-based system; we'd be happy to keep you in the loop.
I’m hacking on it as fast as I can

Inappropriate? That sounds like a good short term and long term solution. If there is a sample sensor out there then it will be easy for anyone to add their own GS stats.
I’m excited to better understand my customers
