adding services of companies using get satisfaction?
how to add more services? for example, i use seesmic, typepad, movable type, youtube, but when i go to the add services, click internet tag, only 4 appear...no seesmic for example. i only found firefox. i would like my customers also to be able to easily find the customer support of the other services we use. but there's no "more" tab in the serivces section...you can only click the tab and hope that it appears but seesmic doesnt but i know they use this service. help.

Inappropriate?I hope I'm not misunderstanding, but you can "follow" companies and products you care about (good or bad) by rating them. They'll show up on your user dashboard. Is that what you mean?

Inappropriate?I think I have the same question and it has not been answered.
I wanted to post a question about a feature offered by a company, but it was not in the list of services I could check off. What do I do when the list of "services" is incomplete? How do I add an item to the list? Am I supposes to just select the only item offered even if it seems irrelevant?

hi i still dont see how to add them. there's no add button from their get satisfaction page, i cant seem to drag and drop their icon into the x boxes in the products and services page...i'm at a loss... -
You can add them by rating them. Do you see the option to rate the companies on each company's home page?
