Additional fields for fastpass/feedback widget
I added the feedback widget to my website and I'm using fastpass to allow single login. How do I know from which page the feedback was submitted? I tried adding a array('page' => 'url_here') to the additional field in fastpass but I don't see this variable anywhere.
Is the page url already submitted and I'm the one not seeing it?
Thanks!

Sorry about that bug, it's been fixed. I've just turned on the Codes feature for you. Again, we consider this a pre-release feature mostly because the UI isn't as clean as we'd like it. You can set or view them individually on the Management view or within your topic tools on any topic page. But what you'll probably want to do is use the widget configurator on http://getsatisfaction.com/oc_transpo... to generate the code template with a code parameter. Or you can just cut and paste the following into your widget array:
feedback_widget_options.user_defined_code = "[url_dynamically_placed]";
I hope that helps.

Inappropriate?Hi Patrick,
with FastPass only user specific additional fields should be sent. As of now the fields only show up when you hover over the users avatar.
Right now it is no way to see which page was used to submit the feedback within Get Satisfaction.
I’m hoping this helps, but I also know it is a problem

Inappropriate?Actually, we have an experimental feature called "internal codes" that we're making available to premium accounts to pass in this information for reporting purposes. The codes will show up in the management view, and you can sort topics based on them.

Inappropriate?Thanks guys,
I have the "Integrate" as a company account. Is the internal codes available to me? Where do I find more information about these?
I’m excited

Inappropriate?What is your company name? I need to turn this on for your account.

Inappropriate?That's great! I tried it and ran into some problems. When I insert "page name" or "3242" for the user defined code it works but when I insert a full url it doesn't. Here's a snippet of the code I inserted:
feedback_widget_options.user_defined_code = "http:\/\/www.websiteurl.com\/";
When I click on the feedback tab I get "Can't get no Satisfaction!" with error "page.dont_set_login_trackback();". You fixed an error similar to this yesterday on our main company page. Also this error on the main company page has came back.
Thanks for your help!
