Allow the customer to "Share my email address with (company) so they can contact me directly."

I see that when I posted an earlier topic for GetSatisfaction, the company, the form had a checkbox at the bottom that said "Share my email address with Get Satisfaction so they can contact me directly." I would love to have this available for my own company so we can get in touch with people with individual issues. I know we can also use FastPass but that won't cover everyone and takes time to implement.
