Allow to Post via Email

Allow to post the the problem or idea to get satisfaction via email directly to the website.

Every time I'm having any problem in any product that use get satisfaction for support service, i just come to the Get satisfaction website and report the issue.

just recent I'm having a issue with a software and because of this my computer was not able to work properly and because of that I was not able to report the issue to that particular company. Thanks to twitter, I tweet them via my phone and they got my back.

It would be great if Get satisfaction provides "Post by email" service where we just need to write a email and add keywords in subject like.

For Eg: I'm reporting a problem then I just need write the problem in email body and add keywords in subject line.

something like this:

Sub: XYZ Company Report (for report a problem)

Sub: XYZ Company Idea(to share an Idea)

Sub: XYZ Company Praise( to post a praise)

Sub: XYZ Company Question (to post a question)

so If I'm reporting a problem to get satisfaction then keyword goes like this

Sub: Get satisfaction report

email body:( describe the problem ) user can attach images if they need and that image automatically posted to the get satisfaction thread.

add a key word end so all the email signatures and other thing can't be posted in the thread.

When I'll get the reply from the company I just need to reply back to that email and my reply posted automatically to that particular thread.

here get satisfaction can allow a dedicated emails for each things like report@getsatisfaction.com or idea@getsatisfaction.com or it can allow companies to customized their own email ids

or els just a simple one email id that handle all things.

i hope get satisfaction will like this idea, by this user can report the issue or problem from anywhere just by an email.
