Inappropriate?I browsed the admin features of the premium packages - very comprehensive! Their functionality should provide a solid reason to sign-on.

Inappropriate?zvikico, that is true, and is artifact of our desire to get the premium tools out to our current customers as fast as possible. we're currently revamping our entire company add + claim process to a) make it work much more efficiently and b) bake the payment information and process directly into it.
but, we are fixing this right now. shortly, you will be able to see the prices before even adding a company, and you'll also be able to add a company into the system, claim it as an employee, and sign up for premium services, all in one fell swoop. or any subset of those actions. we're working on getting that part of the system built as quickly as we can. -
Inappropriate?We signed up for the Starter Package and I currently have 3 employees signed up with 2 being Admins and 1 being an official Rep. From looking at the responses this should not be possible since both Admin and Official Reps can moderate. Will I loose these settings when the Trial Period Ends?

Hi Steve -- You're right. At the moment, we don't have the controls built in to force this restriction. It's on the honor system. However, those controls are coming soon at which time the system will force you to select one "moderator" and all others will have to be set at the "employee" level.
