Best practices for products and services?
PBwiki currently has our current release (let's call that PBwiki 1.0) and then we want to create a new product called "PBwiki 2.0 (Beta)"
We'll be rolling this beta out over the next couple weeks and want to use Satisfaction to help generate some buzz by starting discussions with our beta groups.
When someone asks a question in Satisfaction, we currently have them default to "PBwiki 1.0" but it doesn't feel intuitive to select PBwiki 2.0 - is there a better way to be doing this?
To see what I mean, go to our Satisfaction page and try to ask a question. There's no easy way to associate yourself with PBwiki 2.0 unless you know you need to type it in.

I have this question, too!
Tell me when someone answers.
The more people who ask this question, the more it gets noticed.

Inappropriate? One thing you can do is direct people from the 2.0 beta to the PBwiki 2.0 (beta) page. Any topic created from this page will be associated with PBwiki 2.0.
Hope that helps
