Inappropriate? You mean you have the feedback widget installed with the tab at the bottom of the page and it's not working in IE? Can you give us a link to where it is?
-
Inappropriate?Thanks Amy.

Just to clarify... The tab works fine placed at the bottom in firefox and safari but on my pc running ie the tab does not stay at the bottom of the window...It scrolls up and stays at it's position over the content.
I have the code placed just before the body tag.
I’m hating ie!

Inappropriate?Oh strange! I'm seeing the feedback tab as a black bar all the way across the top of the page in IE. I'll have to pull someone else in to help you. I'm hoping it might just be a simple matter of where in your page you placed the code.

Inappropriate?mmmmmmm... I'm on ie running on vista and can see it at the bottom but it scrolls up with the page staying in it's place. Doing the same thing on xp running ie7. grrrr. what ie version did you view. Would love to solve this as without a fix I cannot use the tab as it is.

So ignore what I'm seeing because I've got such an old version of IE on my machine that we don't even support it. It's not a browser I ever use since it's not even made for the Mac anymore. :) -
Inappropriate? Not sure if this is the problem, but you should make sure the javascript is in the footer before your end body tag. I'm having someone take a look right now, though.
-
Inappropriate?Another question - have you tested it on any page other than that one? Like one that isn't running an app?
We don't have any answers yet but we'll look into further tomorrow. -
Inappropriate?Just placed the code above the end body tag and same problem.
Also I placed it on http://xpomaps.com/mail1.html
Same problem there too.
Thanks for the help. -
Inappropriate?And oh.....
ie on mac! I won't tell anyone.
