Bug: Errors on submit.
When attempting to submit a topic to a company (Zooomr), I kept receiving errors:
I'm sorry, but an unexpected error occured: ActsAsCached::MarshalError
I'm sorry, but an unexpected error occured: TypeError
I would attempt different combinations of emoticons, tags, and products, and submitting as a question and as a problem, to no avail.
I finally decided to 'Cancel this topic,' only to discover that every attempt actually created a topic for the company. I ended up having to go through and delete all the duplicates.
Note that even after deleting the duplicates, the counts on the page did not update (reporting 10 topics when, after deleting, there were only 2).

Inappropriate?Working on it!

Inappropriate?Alright, the topic submission bug should be fixed now, and I'm still working on the topic count bug. That one is understandably less important.

Inappropriate?I'm having the same problem on the Iwanttoseethat satisfaction page.
Not exactly the same, the message was this:
I'm sorry, but an unexpected error occured: NoMethodError
Still prevented me from submitting a new topic.
I’m annoyed.

Inappropriate?Joe, I've found the cause of this bug, and should have a fix ready later in the day. I'll post here again when I've deployed the fix.
As a work around, try logging out and logging back in. The error has to do with you trying to start a topic on a product's page when you the system thinks you are logged out.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
