Can I delete/merge duplicate accounts?

Hi,

I'm the Product Rep for Juice Wireless, Inc and we have 3 duplicate accounts: "Flutter", "Juice Wireless" and "Juice Wireless Inc". We originally used "Get Satisfaction" for our "Flutter" product line but have since decided to use "Get Satisfaction" for our entire line of products across Juice Wireless, Inc.

That said, we would like to change our "Flutter" account name to "JuiceWireless" so that we could utilize the getsatisfaction[dot]com/juicewireless URL. I've searched through your help inquiries and have found that this can be done by request. The problem, however, is that the "JuiceWireless" account already exists and we cannot locate the authentication details to login and remove the account to allow for this request to be fully processed. I have requested the employee badge for "Juice Wireless", but am unsure whether anyone will ever receive that request since the original creator of the "Juice Wireless" account for our company could possibly be inactive.
