Can you block offensive users?
We use (and really like) your service. We have had one person post an offensive note to us, and I would like to block that person from posting -- do you have an facilities for blocking a user? thanks

Inappropriate?Yes, we do have ways to block people from posting, if they continually violate our community guidelines. We don't often have to resort to that, as we usually step in and moderate where necessary so that hopefully banning someone won't be necessary. Banning trolls is usually the last step.
Before that happens, though, there is the opportunity to remove offensive posts. If you use our Premium Moderation Tools, you can do that yourself, and immediately. More on those here: http://getsatisfaction.com/premium
If you don't have those tools, you can always flag topics or replies as inappropriate, and we will take a look and determine if there's been abuse.
