Can you set the In-Reply-To header on topic emails?
Hello there!
Is there a way that you guys can set the In-Reply-To: headers in your outgoing email so that new questions, comments and replies get threaded together properly?
Thanks!
-Seth

Inappropriate?Hey, Seth. I am going to get someone to answer who has more info about how our email notifications go out. Back to you soon!

Inappropriate? We'll look into adding it in the future.

Inappropriate?Seth, do you mind if I ask which email system you're using?

Inappropriate?Scott and Eric, thanks for the quick response.
I'm using Postbox, see http://www.postbox-inc.com/ which is based on Mozilla Thunderbird.
Gmail has a similar problem that I think (but I'm not sure) that setting the In-Reply-To: header could fix.
Here's a screen shot of the issue in Gmail.

I'm hoping that by setting the In-Reply-To: header, all the emails on a given problem would be threaded together.
Thanks again,
-Seth -
Inappropriate?Seth,
Gmail doesn't obey the In-Reply-To header, as far as I know: http://groups.google.com/group/Gmail-...
Just an FYI.
Thanks for the feedback,
Scott
