How do I cancel my personal Get Satisfaction account?

I finally got it cancelled, but it took 7-8 emails to do it. Keep trying everybody. Just keep emailing them at their home address. They just take forever to responsd.

I used Google to connect with Get Satisfaction, so I don't have a password to close my account. I tried using my Google password and leaving the box blank, but neither worked. How do I close my account?
