I've never attempted signing up for this before as a company or employee, fyi.

What was the error you saw? Do you remember which button you clicked or which screen you were on, by any chance? -
@eric: when I clicked on "select a plan that's right for your company" in the Add a Company section (/swap), it takes me to "Which plan best fits your company?" When I click the sign up button, under the "Free $0" heading, I get, "Can't get no Satisfaction! Whoops! There's been a server error, and it looks like something broke. Our apologies." etc etc. The corresponding URL is the one I original submitted, above.
Incidentally, this error did NOT happen when I was logged IN, so I tried to reproduce the error from my other browser, without logging in, and the error occurred consistently.
The message at the bottom of the error screen, btw, is: page.dont_set_login_trackback();
