I can't add a widget even though I'm logged in as an employee
I am logged in but cannot get a widget, the page just sends me to the top. I'm already logged in as a company!

Inappropriate?Very sorry you're having this problem. It's a known issue. Here's why...
When you add your company to our site, we must approve it to make it live in our search. We try to make it apparent that this might take a few days.
When you add yourself as an employee, we must approve it to make your employee affiliation live in our site. We try to make it apparent that this might take a few days, too. We do our best to speed this along, and if employees can verify their employment by responding to an email from their official domain, it speeds things up enormously.
If you've recently added your company and it has not yet been approved, you probably won't be able to find your company in search, and you may have a hard time getting that widget. This is a hole that we are aware of and plan on fixing. My apologies for the delay.
As a workaround, you can email me at eric [at] getsatisfaction [dot] com and I'll forward the code to you. Or, you can wait for company/employee approval. Thanks for your patience while we work to make this easier for companies to get started quickly. I know it can be frustrating.

Inappropriate?Ok, I figured out the problem, actually. It's because you are set as an Official Rep and that link goes to a page in the Admin section. You need to be an admin to access it. Oversight on our part that that link even shows up for you at all.
However, the workaround for you is that you can go to the generic http://getsatisfaction.com/widgets to grab a widget for your company.
