Inappropriate?It looks like we've just got poor error messages for that form. You need to specify both of the visible fields (the description and the title) to leave feedback.

Inappropriate?Got my vote too. This has been an issue for some of our users. It's not obvious from the error message (or the layout of the form for that matter) what they have done wrong.
