CAPTCHA hard too read, impossible to hear
We'd like people to be able to give Feedback as quickly and easily and having to sign up is already a barrier.
This is made worse by having a CAPTCHA, and we've been getting feedback (by phone) that the CAPTCHA is too difficult to read.
Is there an option to disable the CAPTCHA?

Inappropriate?Thanks for this bit of feedback. We are reviewing our approach to captcha and sign-in in general, and want this to be as effortless as possible. I expect we'll make some changes in the near future to deal with this.
As far as options to disable the captcha, you can implement Fastpass (requires an upgrade) which allows you to pass in your logged in users without any separate login at all.
