Change "The company is working on this" to "The organisation is working on this" according to account settings
We've labelled ourself as an organisation. (Lane Becker's hit the nail on the head here: we're a university so we hate being called a company).
However, when we answer problems etc, we get a dropdown which states: 'The company is working on it', 'The company is aware of it', etc. This seems at odds with our labelling of ourselves as an organisation not a company. Could this be altered to match our account setting?

The company has this under consideration.

Inappropriate? We want to solve this problem one way or another, though the answer might be in changing the phrase so we don't have to say "company" or "organizaton." For instance, perhaps it could say "The staff is working on this." In general, we'd like to reduce the complexity of the system, and avoid over-engineering the language.
We're certainly open to suggestions!
I’m thankful

Inappropriate?I can see the advantages in wanting to simplify and not choose either. However, the choice (company or organization) is there in the back-end but I'm not sure how it is used (if at all) in the front-end. The interface that presents when typing an answer is "We're working on it" but the label that appears is then just 'company'.
(If I were to be provocative I'd say that it almost feels like the design should work the way I'm suggesting but that it was forgotten).
I'm not sure I like the phrasing: "The staff is working on this". Is that a US styling? It doesn't sound right and grates a bit to my UK ear. I think a UK-friendly version would be "Staff are working on this", but how does this work over the pond?
I’m kidding in the middle

Inappropriate? You're actually right that the current design implies it should work the way you suggest. But we're looking at removing the company/organization distinction altogether.
You see, our choice is to either further embed that nuance into the system, or to back away from such hard distinctions and solve the problem with more versatile language. We're trying to remove complexity wherever possible, particularly if it doesn't remove important functionality.
You're also right that the phrasing I suggested isn't quite right :)
