Community not affiliated with GetSatisfaction?
What does the message "******* is not affiliated with Get Satisfaction." mean? I believe I followed all the steps correctly but that sign is up there and above my community name it states "Unofficial community...". I e-mailed your support staff but got no reply.

Inappropriate?Hi Eduardo. Sorry you didn't receive a response to your email. It must have slipped through the cracks.
I see that you're an employee of Popego and all looks well there with the participation status. I also see you submitted a claim for Meaningtool which I'm guessing is the community you're referring to here.
It looks like we did not have an email address from you that matches the meanintool.com domain. When this is the case, someone from our community management team emails you and asks you to verify your affiliation with the company. Perhaps the email they sent you was caught by a spam filter?
Can you send an email to support@getsatisfaction.com from your @meaningtool.com email account? Once you do this, we'll add you as the admin to that community. This will then remove the "unofficial" classification and you'll be able to set the participation status so that it doesn't say "Meaningtool is not affiliated with Get Satisfaction."

Done! I had sent that same email directly to Ki's email, maybe that was the problem. I hope this solves it.
