Company "reservable" tags
We want to use getsatisfaction exclusively for our FAQs; it would be nice if companies could be granted exclusive access to certain tags - e.g. faq, how-to - so reps can tag certain messages and we can then post a link using that tag (like http://getsatisfaction.com/xxx/tags/faq) and know that only real faqs are brought up - and not just what someone randomly wanted to tag as a faq.

Inappropriate?We've talked about having company-specific tags, which might solve that problem, although I'm not sure we've thought about it in quite this way. Let me check with our product folks and see if that is on the road map -- or if it is a direction we want to go in.
