Create Custom Form
Is there a way to create a custom form for Get Satisfaction that will require our users to input their Twitter username when reporting a problem? Thanks!

Inappropriate?We don't have a custom form feature, although we have almost finished a feature for Pro users that could be utilized for something similar. Let me know if you want to talk to someone about how that works -- or how this might be achieved.2 Comments

Inappropriate?Now that I think about it, Chris and Mike, I think I've misunderstood your question. We don't have a custom form feature, but we are working on a separate tagging feature that can add predetermined codes to the topic data. But, the tagging feature wouldn't really help accomplish what you are trying to accomplish. Sorry for the miscommunication.
