Creating a new Company fails with js error?

On page:
http://getsatisfaction.com/companies/new

I get this error, and failure of form to submit:

element has no properties

validate_form(form.user_form companies)application.js (line 7461)
onclick(click clientX=0, clientY=0)new (line 1)
[Break on this error] var method = element.tagName.toLowerCase();

via Firebug.
