Custom Fields or Version Numbers
Version Numbers. I'd love for our company to be able to ask what version number the user has before they submit their topic. we made a radical change with our new version but not all users have moved to the new release yet and this is causing our techs to ask "what version are you using" every time.

Yes, we do have plans for custom fields for just this purpose. I'm not certain of the timeline, though.
