Customise some terms around the site.

Just an idea which will expand Get Satisfaction's appeal to even more companies - the use of customised terms around the site to replace the current ones.

For example, some companies prefer to refer to "colleagues" than "employees". Some companies will be providing "services" or "tiers" rather than "products". I know that I'd quite like to be able to change "customer champions" to "student reps" to fit in with our particular use of GSFN.

I appreciate it'll probably be quite a bit of work, but perhaps something to bear in mind for a few releases down the line?
