Please let me know whether you provide the following facilities:
1) customization to fit into our website
2) ability to get feedback from users through social bookmarks, twitter, facebook etc.
3) ability to have our own employees manning this feedback and handling it in real time
4) ability to classify various pieces of feedback into suggestions (new things), complaints, support issues.
5) ability to classify things for public viewing and keeping it private

I'll do my best to answer what I can.
1. Yes. We provide a package for both light customization and fuller customization, even extending it to being hosted on your site and c-named.

2. We currently pull in Tweets via our Overheard feature. We plan to extend that to other services in the future.
3. Yes, you can have employees participating and moderating. With the free account they can do a certain level of participation and with a Basic premium account they get more moderation tools.
4. We frame all conversations around either Question, Idea, Problem or Praise which helps to keep the conversations structured. With the Basic moderation package I mentioned above, you can change the topic type if you feel a topic was inaccurately categorized. In the enhanced Management View you have a lot of options for sorting and filtering topics to help you perform triage and find things that need a response first or find crowdsourced ideas when you're thinking about new feature developments.
5. We don't currently have any private features, though we are considering various options including things like private data fields so customers can share private information with employees within the context of a public conversation.
