Customized helpcenter is taking *forever* to build
I clicked "Create customized download" last night at around 10 PM –– it's _still_ not finished. I think this is because about 3 minutes into the customization process, I was redirected to a page which said Get Satisfaction was under maintenance.
Did my customization process get killed during maintenance, or what's happening?

We had a permissions issue on the server that was building your tarball. I just fixed it and re-created your download.
I'll work on getting some better error checking in that code to make sure other aren't caught in an endless loop. -
Inappropriate?I am guessing here, but yes, I think you should start over. It definitely shouldn't take that long. It should take a few minutes, and it may be that we upgraded our site during that time. We've been pushing a number of new features through in the past 24 hours, so that is entirely possible.
