Provide a daily summary of new topics to employees via email, instead of individual messages.
We're getting a lot more feedback through our widget which is great, but receiving an e-mail notice for every new topic can be cluttering on your inbox.
I'd like the possibility to receive a daily summary of all activity on GetSatisfaction so my inbox is clean again, but still won't miss any new feedback. Nothing fancy, just a list of new topics?

Inappropriate?I like this idea a lot. In fact, I love the idea of at least three choices: each topic as it happens, all topics today, and a weekly digest that has a summary with additional data about popularity of topics or other metrics.
But, I bet the one you suggest would be easy enough to accomplish. We'll take a look.

Inappropriate?Digest delivery of new topics for both companies and for interested customers is definitely on our short-term roadmap. Wish I could be more specific about timing, but these things are slippery...
Relatedly: We're going to be adding the "Do any of these answer your question?" feature to the widget soon, similar to what you get on a company's home page when you start to type in a new topic, so that should help somewhat by cutting down on the number of duplicate topics that make it in through with the widget.

Inappropriate?I like the idea of letting people choose the way they want it. Yahoo Groups does this. I can choose to receive each post as an individual email or I can choose to receive a daily digest that lists all of the posts.
I would like this capabiltiy for my customers too, not just employees.
