deleting your reply does something funky to the thread "meta data"
i just made 2 replies in my thread and deleted the latter - now the thread's last action is marked as the start of the thread?
also, the reply counter doesn't seem to be decremented accordingly; it's showing one too much since the deletion

Inappropriate?I'm looking, and it appears that you are correct. I'll put this in our bug-tracking system and see if there may be an opportunity to tinker with this and get it to line up.
