Different homepage/dashboard for company representatives.
Should make a different dashboard for when company representatives sign in so they can go directly to answering their customers. Navigation of the company management section is difficult right now.

Inappropriate?Great idea.
I definitely want this one -- or something like it -- as I am a company employee who does a whole lot of interacting with my community -- and other communities.
We want to add more sharing and messaging and topic management features so employees can share or assign or delegate some things. I suppose that could be a separate dashboard for employees or a restructuring of the admin section. Tough call which might be better. Good stuff to think about, and some folks here might weigh in with their own opinions. Thank you.
I’m happy

Inappropriate?Hi,
I notice you have a premium account. Would love your feedback on the Management View. Is this the page that you feel is difficult to navigate right now? If you have the time and can share more thoughts about this we'd love to hear them!

Inappropriate? Here's an issue - I couldn't even find this question that I had asked so I only saw your responses just now. I have a lot of feedback as we are hoping to use Get Satisfaction much more effectively for Triond. Right now, I'm having issues with the usability. It seems that we need to navigate back and forth between questions and answers to make sure we're answering the right one, redirecting them correctly, and then on top of that, keeping track of what we've just done.
What I'm thinking of is some sort of multi-paneled company-centered dashboard where we can see and do several things simultaneously on the site. Answering questions as well as seeing what other questions relate to it. Perhaps a drag-and-drop style list where we can group similar topics or tag them as related to one another.
There's more where that came from, just starting out here... -
Huge fan of the drag-and-drop idea, BTW.
