Do not allow threads with duplicate titles.

Is there a way to prevent people from creating a thread if one already exists with the same title? Even going so far as to provide links the to the other thread(s)- which you already do and people clearly ignore- AND not allowing a new thread w/ a duplicate title to be created.

So, say I enter the title, "How does XYZ Widget work?" And GS pops up with, "I'm sorry we can't accept that title as another thread already exists with the same title. Perhaps your answer is already here (link)?" If no, they have to alter their title to be different (and hopefully more specific).
