Does the widget work in a development environment?
Does the widget only work when running from the registered domain? I am getting an error when trying to test the widget by submitting feedback on a locally running server, not our public domain. Thanks for any help!

Inappropriate?Thanks for the quick reply Eric. For some reason, I tried it just now to collect the error, and it worked. Previously when there was the error it said "An error occurred, please try again". Anyway I will reply if and when it happens again.
