Downloading details of customer feedback to EXCEL
I see that I can download the list of topics to an EXCEL file. But, I want to see the details of each entry, not just the topic. How do I do that?

yes. right now we are just building our site,so there are not that many comments from our beta testers. It would be easier to review all of them if we could see them all together, organize them by site content or areas of functionality -- rather than having to open each one individually -
Inappropriate?I guess the way we envisioned it working is that email notifications should give you the information you need to respond. For example, I get updated when there are new topics or replies in my company section. And, I can see the full content of the topics, replies, and comments. Additionally, we have tags and products, which you can sort by, and which I sometimes use. I hadn't really thought of doing this offline in an Excel file. Hard for me to envision, I guess, but I'll have to think about it a bit.

Inappropriate?This is particularly helpful if you have quite a few team members who are not checking the tool frequently. A big help would be to see the details of the original post, at a minimum. Agree that the entire thread may be too much information.
