Educational Discounts for Premium Service

Are there, or could there be, considerations of educational or non-profit discounts for Higher Education and/or Non-Profit Orgs looking to take advantage of the Premium service? I read the "scholarship" blurb here - but maybe I was thrown by "scholarship" - I think I'd be looking to ".edu or .org == X% off the monthly subscription rates"
