Email responses to commenters?
I am a company administrator. When somebody enters something in our community site, I get an e-mail. When I respond in the community, my belief was that the original commenter was getting an e-mail back. That doesn't seem to be the case. Is that a setting I can change?

individual users can change their settings to get email notifications or to opt out of those notifications from their dashboard. Some people choose to not receive any notifications, but if no one in your community is getting them, let us know so that we can be sure you're not experiencing a bug of some sort.
