embedding the code in our site
We've embedded the following code into SeeToo's site (this one) but Eric Suesz,said that it came to your section, not to SeeToo's section:

I think this may be because you were not identified as an employee yet by that widget page, but I am not entirely sure yet. Can you try visiting the widgets page and see if the page recognizes you as an employee of your company? It will appear like so (I'm an employee of Get Satisfaction, obviously):

Inappropriate?Yes, sorry for the delay. Well, I did dig in a little but I am having a hard time figuring out what the problem is:
If you click on "Change company":
You should be presented with the opportunity to search for the name of your company. When I do that, I am seeing your company's name show up:
Can you try that for me? -

However, when I’m returning to this page is shows 'GetSatisfaction' again. Can you mend it for future use?

Inappropriate?Alon, I want to thank you for your patience. Huge, huge help here. I've been trying to track down evidence of this particular bug, as I've been seeing it happen a lot lately. Thanks to you, we finally found it. Much appreciated!
This should work after our next deploy, which could be a few days. But, the important thing is that it will be fixed.
