Examples of slightly and fully branded interfaces
I'd like to see the difference between a slightly and fully branded (white label) interface. Do you have examples of these? Would the Adobe example be a considered slightly branded?

Inappropriate?Hi Andrew,
As this is a fairly new offering, the best examples haven't actually launched publicly yet.
Here is a fake company that we use for demo purposes with a fully branded interface: http://www.getsatisfaction.com/cyberd...
A light customization allows you to change the background and font color, but does not allow for custom navigation back to your site the way the example above shows.

Thanks so much. We're tied into a CRM contract until about 2011 but I'm looking ahead some and also checking out other ways we can support our charity's users in a more peer to peer way. I'm mostly looking for an interface we can wrap our current design around: http://teachersupport.info. Thanks for the input. -
Inappropriate?You're welcome.
We see Get Satisfaction as a solution that can be complementary to an existing CRM solution a company may have. We can be "the" customer support channel or "a" customer support channel. The open, public conversation aspect is certainly something that provides a significantly unique value. It encourages customer engagement and thus customer loyalty and retention in a way that closed systems don't.
Anyway, let us know if you have any additional questions.
