i am unable to log out of this site not matter what i have restarted, i have shut down and still this address http://getsatisfaction.com/session/fr... keeps me connected and will not log me out? please advise

Inappropriate?That is weird, and is an issue we haven't seen before. I'll investigate to see if it's a general problem, but for now let's chalk this up to anomolous browser behavior. For now, deleting your cookies (or just the ones under the getsatisfaction.com domain) will ensure that the site no longer recognizes you.
