Fastpass cookie problem
We had (successfully) tested the URL method for using Fastpass by creating a link.
I am now trying to implement the cookie method, but not having any luck.
I am currently creating a cookie for the domain '.nursetesting.com', path '/', expiring tomorrow named 'fastpass' with the contents retrieved by the URL method you provide.
We've created a CNAMEfor getsatisfaction at 'faq.nursetesting.com', and when I display the cookie information for faq.nursetesting.com (eg, while I'm using the getsatisfaction site via the CNAME), the fastpass cookie shows up.
I'm also loading the widget from faq.nursetesting.com.
Regardless, whether I use the widget or the site directly, I am asked to log in.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Inappropriate? There was no CNAME set for nursetesting.com in our system, which might be why this didn't work. I have added it, so it should work now.
Let us know if you still have problems.
I’m confident

Inappropriate?Hi Ben,
To clarify a bit further... Your company Amistaff Healthcare Technology is the community for which the Premium Community Plan was purchased, but it was not purchased for NurseTesting, however Kim has turned the cname feature on for you on NurseTesting.
BTW -- we all loved your blog post announcing your use of Get Satisfaction. Very well done!
