Where can I set our 'private' feedback email address for our feedback widget?
Where can I setup what our 'private' feedback email address should be? I've sent a test message and nothing received at my primary email for ovpulse.com?

You can change it in your company admin section under The Basics
Make sure you're logged in as an admin and go to http://getsatisfaction.com/ovpulse/admin
